Political Parties Appeal To Delta Residents To Have Faith In The Electoral Process

Obviously aware of the mood of voters across the Federation following the release of the Presidential and National Assembly elections result of February 25, 2023 some


political parties in Delta State have appealed to Deltans and other residents to have faith in the electoral process as
‘nothing had gone bad yet.”

In a statement made available to AtlanticNewsonline on Saturday, the parties expressed the belief that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Delta State would deliver rightly according to their votes.

State chairmen of the parties who spoke jointly at a meeting to address a cross section of political party card carrying members at Obiaruku in Ukwuani Local Government Area

at the weekend said their faith should be on their votes not result, as it was glaring that nothing can overturn their votes the other way.

The party officials promised to communicate the way forward shortly to their supporters with a view to having clear vision as to candidates to vote for, in the forthcoming Governorship and State Assembly Elections. The seven political parties include PRP, ADP, AAC, ZLP, APM, YPP and
Accord.
