A thirty-one year old driver Adeyemo Abidemi Abbey has reportedly stolen a

brand new Toyota Hiace belonging to his employer Jason’s Tendercare School, Suru-Lere Lagos.

The suspect who resumed duty barely a month ago was said to have disappeared on Friday 8th March, 2024 with the bus painted in blue colour and branded Jason’s Tendercare School.

The vehicle as at the time of stealing had its registration number as LSR 378 EL and it is feared that the details may be altered by the fleeing suspect. Management of Jason’s Tendercare School has therefore urged anyone with useful information that can lead to the recovery of the vehicle to quickly contact 08033289162 or report to the nearest police station.

According to documents made available to Atlanticnewsonline by management of Jason’s Tendercare School, Abbey was born on 22nd December, 1993 and his residential address is Oluwatoyin Street, Ketu Lagos.

However, careful scrutiny by Atlanticnewsonline of the employment form completed by Abbey revealed that he did not put any house number on the

Oluwatoyin Street he claimed to be residing. This suggests that he might have planned the crime prior to his resumption of duty as a driver.

Effort made to speak with the Lagos State Police Spokesman DSP Benjamin Hundeyin on Monday morning on the matter was not successful as he could not be reached on his phone.
