All roads would literarily lead to Asaba, Delta State capital this Saturday (22nd March, 2025) as fast growing Kemchuta Homes Limited would officially open its new office in Asaba and launch its exclusive estates at Ubulu-Okiti, Ogwashi-Uku, Asaba and Ibusa.
The new exquisite office is located at No. 2 George Odinaka Street, behind Nigerian Television Authority while the exclusive estates’ landmarks at Ubulu-Okiti, Ogwashi-Uku Asaba are the Agunecheibe Luxury Homes Phase 2. They are all for commissioning just like Oxford Heights Phase 2, located in Ibusa and Asaba.
In a pre-launch exclusive interview with ATLANTICNEWSONLINE, the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Kemchuta Homes, High Chief (Dr) Ikem Osita Nwabueze said his company, over the years has successfully executed over 15 projects in Lagos and Asaba, helping more than 5000 Nigerians both at home and in the Diaspora to become proud landowners.

With a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and post graduation working experience across various sectors

Besides his degree in computer science, he holds several international certifications. Prior to founding Kemchuta Homes Limited, he had served as Head of Operations at GISTME Communications and under his able leadership Kemchuta Homes has successfully developed over 15 estates.
