Kemchuta Homes Commissions Two Estates, Opens Corporate Office In Delta State In A Colourful Ceremony

A dynamic and fast growing company in Nigeria’s real estate sector, Kemchuta Homes Limited with headquarters in Lekki, Lagos on Saturday officially commissioned its new Corporate Office located at No. 2 George Odinaka Street, (Behind Nigerian Television Authority) Asaba.

The company also commissioned two exclusive Estates, Agunecheibe Luxury Homes Phase 2, at Ubulu-Okiti, Ogwashi- Uku and Oxford Heights Phase 2 at Ibusa and Asaba.

Speaking briefly with journalists on the sideline at the event, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Organization; Chief (Dr) Ikem Osita Nwabueze noted that Kemchuta Homes had achieved great feats in real estate business in Nigeria with enviable track records adding that they were able to build good corporate image by adhering to ethics, standards and rendering quality services loaded with confidence, satisfaction and success for numerous cents.

“We have been able  to remain exclusive and afloat due to our focus on clients’ satisfaction and success as we also uphold our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) roles,” he explained.

Continuing, Chief Nwabueze said that Kemchuta’s coming to Asaba was strategically planned to enable the people living in Delta State and neighbouring States to enjoy homes of exquisite standards where access roads, water, electricity and security are adequately provided. “I assure you that Agunecheibe Luxury Homes Phase 2 at Ubulu Okiti and Oxford Heights are better homes away from home, more so our prices are affordable as we also provide the platform for installment payments,” he added.

A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Aloysius Okoye performed the spiritual aspects of the grand opening ceremony by praying and cutting the ceremonial tapes at the main gates of the  corporate office,

Agunecheibe Luxury Homes 2 ,  Ubulu Okiti and Oxford Heights at Ibusa. The priest gave thanks to God for Chief Nwabueze including members of his family, staff, clients and the host community just as he prayed for the prosperity of the Managing Director and all those who will invest in Kemchuta Homes as he came against all powers that would pose threat to the great investment.
