MEET FRANK OSHANUGOR
By Frank Oshanugor
As Christians all over the world warm up to celebrate Easter on Sunday, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Ifeanyi Arthur
Okowa of Delta State on Health Monitoring, Dr. Michael Nwoko has extended his good will message to all Nigerian Christians, even as he urged them to see it as a time of renewing their lives in Jesus Christ.
In a statement made available to the media on Friday, Dr. Nwoko noted that the current prevailing condition in Nigeria has called for more prayers particularly from the Christians. He has therefore enjoined Christians not to relent in praying for the good of the Country.
As politicians have begun to criss cross their constituencies preparatory to the 2023 elections, Dr. Nwoko has also appealed to those seeking elective positions not to heat up the polity but play the game in atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
The Governor’s aide enjoined them to shun campaign of calumny and politics of animosity as he urged them to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship.
He has also solicited the continuous support of Deltans in this last lap of Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa’s led administration as the
Governor is determined to finish strong and leave a lasting legacy for the people of the state.
