Arrangement For DANFO DRIVERS’ Musical Tour Excites Afro Beat Community In Canada

The stage is increasingly getting set for the much anticipated Canadian tour by Nigeria’s Afro beat group ‘DANFO DRIVERS as the Afro beat community in Canada and local organisers are excited with the finishing touches for the December, 2025 musical tour of seven Canadian cities.

The Afro beat lovers are equally upscaling their excitement mood for the good news relating to the robust arrangement being put in place to ensure a hitch-free musical exposition by the famous DANFO DRIVERS group ably led now by Jimoh Olotu (a.k.a. Mountain Black).

The tour which would take the group to Canadian cities of Toronto (5th December), London (6th December), Ottawa (12th December), Montreal (13th December), Vancouver (19th December), Calgary (20th December) and Edmonton (27th December) promises to give a high degree of entertainment value to lovers of Afro beat who have long desired to get some vibes of it from the DANFO DRIVERS’ team.

The tour being put in place by Elite Entertainment in collaboration with Alberta Ice Promotion is already having in the list some Canada based Afro beat inspired artistes like Chelsea, YBK (MC/Host), Sheek La Star and JAAP whose appearances would surely spice up the musical outing.

The scheduled tour which is expected to be a major international outing since the death of one half of the DANFO DRIVERS duo, Oghenemaro Emeofa (a.k.a. Mad Melon) in 2019 would assuredly be a serious bouncing back for the team as Mountain Black has promised never to allow the fame achieved over the years to fade away.

Speaking with ATLANTICNEWSONLINE last weekend on phone, Mountain Black hinted that Afro beat fans in Canada were anxiously looking forward to the musical concert as they feel nostalgic of the high performance of the DANFO DRIVERS in the days before the unceremonious demise of Mad Melon six years ago.

In a recent media publication, the Chief Executive Officer of Alberta Ice Promotion, the record label where the DANFO DRIVERS is currently

signed on, was quoted as having disclosed in a press statement from London, United Kingdom that “the group is embarking on the Canada musical tour at the invitation of Canada based Elite Entertainment group.”
