Trend FM Boss Promises Robust Collaboration With Security Agencies Towards Curbing Criminality

The General Manager of Asaba based Trend FM Radio; Ijeoma Felicity Uba has pledged the collaboration of the station with security agencies in curbing insecurity of lives and property.

She made this disclosure on Wednesday while playing host to the Crime Editor of the Guardian newspaper, Mr. Odita Sunday and the Editor-in-Chief of Security Express Magazine and AtlanticNewsonline, Mr. Frank Oshanugor.

Both senior journalists were on courtesy visit to the Radio station with a view to commending its management for taking broadcast journalism to a higher pedestal in Delta State in particular.

The visiting journalists were particularly enthused by the fact that a woman, Mrs. Agatha Amata is the Chief Executive Officer of the Radio station which ambience exhibits a higher standard of facilities than most private and publicly owned radio stations in the country.

The two journalists who were conducted round to inspect the existing facilities at the Radio House paid glowing tribute to the founder and management of the station even as they expressed the hope that the management could come up with a television arm of the broadcast station.

The General Manager and her other senior managers while hosting the visiting journalists, expressed appreciation to them for coming all the way from their various stations to familiarize with the station. While Odita Sunday serves in Abuja, Frank Oshanugor resides in Lagos. Both of them are however indigenes of Delta State.
