OldSkool Club Holds End Of Year Party, Promises Unity And Development In Ubulu-Uku

The OldSkool Club founded by some people of Ubulu-Uku origin in Delta State has hinted of its determination to remain committed in promoting unity and development in the town.

At its End of year party on Tuesday 30th December, 2025, President of the Club, Mr . Joseph Ufoegbune expressed appreciation to God for another successful and fulfilled year.

He pointed out some achievements of the Club in the outgoing year, explaining that the Club assisted three public secondary schools in the community with customized note books and other education -related materials.

He promised much better assistance in the New Year as doing so, would continue to speak well of the club.

As a club founded with a vision to promote oneness among members and by extension other members of the Ubulu-Uku community, the OldSkool

Club President posited that in the outgoing year, many indigenes of the town had shown interest in becoming members of the Club due to its development driven initiatives.

The End of year event which was held at Viva Hotels & Suites was well attended by sons and daughters of Ubulu-Uku

many of whom were on holidays. Some came from United States of America, United kingdom and parts of Nigeria.

Dr. Lilian Obodoagha who came from her base in United States told ATLANTICNEWSONLINE that her

participation in the annual end of year get-together of the OldSkool with other members has always given her a greater sense of one-ness.

She expressed the hope that in the nearest future, the OldSkool Club would occupy a pride of place in taking other development-driven initiatives.
