Authorities of the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) have called on interested stakeholders to make written submissions on the draft copy of the Regulatory Instruments already on its website. The Commission is inviting stakeholders’ comments.
In a statement, it said “the Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) published the following draft regulatory instruments on its website www.ncc.gov.ng on June 4, 2021 for stakeholders’ comments.”
In accordance with Section 57 of the Act, Public Inquiries in respect of the above draft regulatory instruments have been scheduled to hold virtually at 11.00am on the date stated in the table below:
The NCC added that “interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Public Inquiries” adding “details of the virtual meeting will be forwarded to interested attendees prior to the Public Inquiries.”
The Commission pointed out that this notice superceded the earlier notice issued in this regard and requested that all submissions must reach the Commission on or before Monday, July 19, 2021, and should be addressed to:
