MEET FRANK OSHANUGOR

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Cherish Security Company, Dr. Austine Ofou has been conferred with the Fellowship of the Nigerian Institute for Industrial Security (NIIS), one of Nigeria’s foremost private security academies.
He was among twenty others who received the Fellowship at the 14th Annual Security Conference of the Institute which held at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja on 2nd and 3rd December, 2021 during which no fewer than 100 graduates of the NIIS were inducted as Members.
The Dynamics Cherish Security Chief Executive is a graduate of Economics from Delta State University, Abraka. He also holds a Masters degree in Crime Control from the same university. He bagged a Doctorate Degree in Business Management and Leadership from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva, Switzerland.
With about two decades of hands-on experience in private security practice, Ofou who also has the rank of a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) as a Supernumerary Police (Spy) in the Nigeria Police Force, has continued to build capacity in the security profession with passion.
He has attended several trainings, seminars and workshops in different aspects of the security profession locally and outside the country.
With a humble beginning as a station officer with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Western Division, Ofou had held other positions with the company such as District Security Supervisor where he managed the interface between government security agencies and SPDC staff in addition to providing escort operations to staff working on flow stations to pipeline.
Dr. Ofou’s sterling performance over the years has continued to earn him great recognition from the private security industry as an individual and for the organisations he worked for, among the numerous awards as the Outstanding Security Personality awards in 2017/2018 by the International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS).
He is also a Fellow of the IIPS, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC), Member, Nigeria Institute of Security and Member, America Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
As a security consultant, the Dynamic Cherish Security boss, besides being an entrepreneur
is seriously focused on industrial asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, journey management,
general logistics supply management and electronic security.
