DSS Ex-Chieftain, Mike Ejiofor Bags Nnamdi Azikiwe Iconic Man Of Peace Award

A security consultant and former Director with the Department of State Service (DSS) Barr. Mike Ejiofor was on Saturday honoured with the ICONIC MAN OF PEACE Award at Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe Annual Lecture and 120th Post-humous birthday celebration.

The Lecture and Award ceremony which was the 5th in the series also witnessed honouring of some other persons who have distinguished themselves in different spheres of life.

The lecture with the theme: NIGERIA’S GOVERNANCE MODEL – PROSPECTS AND PERSPECTIVES, was delivered by

Senator Monguno on behalf of the Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Zulum.

The one day event was chaired by one time military Head of State, General Abdulsalam Abubakar at the Conference Hall of Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja with many

dignitaries in attendance. Among them were former and serving governors, senators, prominent traditional rulers, captains of industries among others.
