Delta North Labour Party Chairman Takes A Swipe At Detractors

The Chairman of Labour Party (LP) in Delta North Senatorial District, Comrade Onochie Osheokwu has joined forces with the national

leadership of the Party in condemning the recent attempt by some people through social media publication to destroy the Julius Abure-led national executive committee of the Party.

Osheokwu who coordinated the Party’s campaigns in Delta State preparatory to the 2023 general election in an interview with

AtlanticNewsonline on Wednesday said all the issues raised by the group he described as “detractors” were frivolous and an orchestrated attempt to sow a seed of discord in the party.

The Delta North Chairman however expressed satisfaction with the way and manner the National Secretariat of Labour Party through

its National Publicity Secretary had diligently addressed the issues raised by the detractors.

He advised the group to retrace their steps and tow the path of honour by helping to

build the party into a stronger political family if truly they belong to Labour Party.
