MEET FRANK OSHANUGOR

The 27th of December, 2025 started just like any other day. The celebrant, High Chief Richard Agbapuru must have thought it would just be a day to thank God and relax. Little did he know that family and friends had felt and thought otherwise. They considered it a milestone that must be celebrated considering all he has been to them and the society.
A surprise birthday party was organised, and knowing well enough how sensitive the celebrant is, it was a joy they were able to pull it off.
Friends from all walks of life, the celebrant’s clubs and society, bankers and staff alike were gathered to celebrate an icon.
The event began at about 4pm with the venue already filled with people who were eager to make merry with a man of honour and repute who subsequently danced along with his wife to the cheers of guests and great joy that was evident.
The Celebrant’s first son Ifeanyichukwu Agbapuru, radiating a good measure of humility and appreciation, thanked all who were present at the occasion in spite of the short notice. He gave a brief remark about his father and why he was worthy of being celebrated. He thanked him for being a role model and an inspiration to his children.
He was grateful to his father for giving the family a name and reputation they are so proud to be associated with.
Members of Hazie and Ugomba social clubs, Okabia, In-laws, friends, Staff of Richygold, bank and investment partners also gave remarks about the celebrant and how impactful he has been to them all.
The RichyGold boss was full of appreciation as he moved from table to table to specially thank those who showed up to celebrate him. It was indeed a huge surprise to him, knowing well enough that it was a festive season and most of them were expected to have been out of town to celebrate the yuletide season; but here they were present to rejoice with him.
High Chief Agbapuru was serenaded with music which he beautifully danced to, with people lavishing him with gifts and love.
The attendees ate, drank and made merry to their satisfaction, making it a day that would not be forgotten in a hurry.
Excitedly, Mr. Chibuzor Ekeh gave the vote of thanks, appreciating immensely the celebrant’s immediate family, Mrs. Ekeh, Mr. Jude Onwusonye and others who played one role or the other in making the event a success.
In all it was a beautiful evening, celebrating a worthy icon and leader.
